This site collects what you type into a form, plus the page you sent it from and how you reached the site, so that Richard Berman can reply to you. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies, calculator entries stay in your browser, and your details are never sold. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.
Who runs this site
Sell My ArrowCreek Home (sellmyarrowcreekhome.com) is run by Richard Berman, a real estate agent with Dickson Realty, 500 Damonte Ranch Pkwy #625, Reno, NV 89521 (Nevada license S.0181980). FlyDragon builds and hosts the site and operates its contact form. In this policy, "we" means Richard Berman and FlyDragon.

What we collect
What you send through a form
The forms send your name, phone number and email address; the consent wording you agreed to; what you'd like help with; which form you used; and, on the main form, when you're thinking of selling. The main form also sends the price band you picked for your home. If you used the home value estimator before sending a form, the form includes the price and month you entered and the estimate it showed.
Where the form was sent from
With your message we send the page you were on, the website that referred you to this site (its address only, not the full link) and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by, such as utm_source. When the inquiry is stored, the server also records your browser's user-agent, the line that names your browser and operating system.
Your IP address
To stop repeated submissions, the server keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address in its memory for about 10 minutes and turns away more than five inquiries in that window. When that happens, the form tells you to wait or to call or text instead, and the inquiry is not sent any other way. The scrambled address is not written to a database or stored with your inquiry.
What we do not collect
We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details or loan documents, so please don't send them through a form. The calculators and the estimator run in your browser, and the figures you enter are not saved or sent unless you then send a form, as described above.
Where your inquiry goes
When you send a form, it goes to this site's lead handler, which does two things:
- Stores it in a database run by FlyDragon on Supabase, along with your browser's user-agent and whether the notification email was sent.
- Emails it through Resend, an email delivery service, to the address set for this site, with FlyDragon copied. For now that address is FlyDragon's inbox, hello@goflydragon.com, and FlyDragon passes your inquiry to Richard. When Richard's own address is set up, inquiries will go to him directly.
If your browser can't reach the lead handler, or the handler can't accept your inquiry because of a problem on our side (for example, it can neither store nor email it), your browser sends the same details through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service, to FlyDragon's inbox, hello@goflydragon.com, so the message isn't lost. FormSubmit is not used when the handler turns an inquiry away because a required detail or the consent box is missing, or because too many inquiries have come from your connection: the form shows you the reason instead, and nothing is sent.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and help with the sale or home value review you asked about.
- To call, text or email you about that inquiry, if you agreed to it on the form.
- To keep a record of inquiries and the consent you gave.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
The consent box on each form reads: "I agree that Richard Berman may contact me by phone, text or email about my inquiry." Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell Richard you'd rather not be called.
How long we keep it and your choices
Inquiries are not deleted automatically. To see, correct or delete what you sent, or to stop all contact, email Richard at rberman@dicksonrealty.com or FlyDragon at hello@goflydragon.com. We'll confirm once it's done, unless a legal or real estate record-keeping rule requires us to keep something, in which case we'll tell you what and why.
Nevada residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) lets you ask a website operator not to sell the personal information it collects about you. We don't sell it, but you can send that request to either address above, and we'll respond within 60 days. This notice covers the points NRS 603A.340 lists for website privacy notices.
Children, links and changes
This site is for adults selling a home and isn't directed at children under 13. Links to other websites, such as Zillow, Google or a government office, are governed by those sites' own policies.
If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date below. This policy is effective October 21, 2026.
Common questions
Does this site sell my information?
No. Inquiries are used only to reply to you about the sale or home value review you asked about. They are stored by FlyDragon, which builds and hosts the site, and passed to Richard Berman. Nevada residents can also send a request not to sell their information to rberman@dicksonrealty.com or hello@goflydragon.com.
How do I have my details deleted?
Email Richard at rberman@dicksonrealty.com or FlyDragon at hello@goflydragon.com and ask for your inquiry to be deleted. Inquiries are not deleted automatically, so a request is the way to remove them. We confirm once it's done, unless a record-keeping rule requires us to keep something.
Does this site use cookies?
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It uses session storage, cleared when you close the tab, to remember how you arrived and whether the pop-up has shown. The embedded Google Map may set Google's own cookies when it loads.
