Why the sales counts differ
Zillow's 464 covers the whole team's history, Homes.com's 286 covers five years, and Realtor.com and HomeLight don't say what period they cover. None of them is wrong; they measure different things. When you compare agents, compare the same measure from the same source, or the larger team will always look busier.

The excerpts on this page come from that set and are quoted exactly as written, with names shortened for privacy.
One seller wrote that Richard “directed me to the right people to talk to and helped sell my house when we didn’t know where to turn.” None of the quoted reviews describes an ArrowCreek sale.
